Getting started with Store Planner

Store Planner is an interactive map for franchisees. It measures households inside real drive times, analyses what a new store would take from existing ones, surfaces stores for sale, and lets you plan a store layout with a priced equipment list.

  • Stores and candidates. Drop your stores and candidate sites on the map.
  • Drive-time areas. Delivery areas are computed from travel time, not radius circles, and show census households inside them.
  • Splits. Pick a candidate and see how the surrounding stores’ areas change.
  • Competitors and green space. Layers for competitors and unserved households.

Listings are refreshed frequently. Filter by state, count, or distance from your stores to find expansion opportunities.

Draw the floor plan, place equipment from the catalog, and export an equipment list with pricing, depreciation, and resale estimates. Station zoom views help you check working room around each station.

Census and travel-time data are public sources. Your store locations and any sales figures you import stay in your franchise’s workspace.
